Planet Waves CBLT01, Universal Remote RCA Tester

The CBLT01 tester is designed for use specifically with Planet Waves' Cable Station connectors. Once the connectors are attached to a cable, insert the opposite ends of a cable into the two test jacks. The tester accommodates RCA, BNC, and F-Type connectors. The cable is tested for continuity on both the tip and ground, and tested for a short between the tip and ground. Two testers can be used at opposite ends of a long cable run when connecting both ends of the cable in one location is not possible. This feature creates a loop between the two testers, so it will only test for continuity, not for a short. On the back of the tester is a belt clip and two magnets.
